Kagu Invest AS has been providing loan services to private persons and companies already since the year 1992. The company was established in Tartu, agencies thereof were opened in Tallinn (1997), in Pärnu (2005), in Jõhvi and Viljandi (2006), and in Narva, and in Lasnamägi, in Tallinn, in 2007. Flexible loan conditions as well as fast and professional service have made Kagu Invest one of the most well-known financial institutions next to banks. Our goal is to provide fast, simple and flexible loan services by being as close as possible to our customers.

Your bank is of no help – our loan conditions are more flexible enabling us to deal with each customer individually. Also, we do not require you to have an income regularly deposited in a bank.
You are in a hurry – you will receive a small loan within less than 24 hours that is given based on surety or only on your income. Applying for loans on real estate as collateral is in most cases two times as fast as in a bank. Get your hands on money fast!
You do not want to have additional expenses – in case of a loan with real estate collateral our representative can evaluate the collateral property free of charge, on site. It is possible to add additional expenses related to mortgaging, such as notary fees and state levies, to the loan amount. Don’t start with spending!
You are not able to start repaying the loan immediately – our repayment schedules enable people to make repayments when it is suitable for them in time and amount wise. In case of loan with real estate collateral, you can start repaying the loan after 10 to 15 years. You only have to pay interest on a continuous basis. Pay when it suits you!
You do not want to be bound – we enable you to change the loan provider at any time. We will not prevent you from terminating the contract in case somebody offers you the services thereof at a better price. We will not keep you!
